MISI Company, Ltd. Acquires Divisions of InfoTechnologies, Inc. to Significantly Strengthen its IT Services and Pharmaceutical Practices New York, N.Y. March 18, 2005 - Effective March 1, 2005, MISI Company, Ltd., an established provider of technical staff augmentation and infrastructure solutions in financial, manufacturing and other market sectors, announced it acquired the assets of the Web Solutions and Acclara divisions of InfoTechnologies, Inc., a provider of IT staffing solutions. With the acquisition of Web Solutions, MISI expands services capabilities by bringing significant experience in outsourced web development solutions and IT staffing services to Global 2000 companies. With the acquisition of the Acclara division, MISI has a management consulting practice focused on increasing and improving user adoption of information technology. This acquisition provides MISI with significant domain knowledge and customer relationships in the Pharmaceutical sector. "With these significant additions, we significantly enhance our business model, expand our quality customer base and strengthen our project delivery capability--particularly in the pharmaceutical industry," said Sarah Martin, MISI's Chief Executive Officer. "With this transaction, we have increased MISI's current operation size by 33 percent with the addition of approximately 90 consultants and over $10 million in annualized revenue." Dianne Henn, the Vice President of MISI, will be instrumental in integrating the two businesses. Michael Largey, the President of IT Web Solutions, has joined MISI to lead the acquired service divisions into the next phase of growth. MISI Company, Ltd. is the first NTT Data subsidiary to acquire a company outside of Japan. NTT Data is expanding its international capabilities in China, North America and Southeast Asia.
